Larry Sanger

Larry Sanger (b. 1968) is the inventor of Wikipedia and a great guy. It does not bother me a bit that we rarely seem to agree. At least we both tend to complain about the quality of modern schooling. Larry wrote an excellent text about early reading: How I taught my toddler to read (caution: excellent parenting required). I devoted a longer section to Larry at Don't teach your child to read. I also mention how an initial disagreement contributed to our friendship in Reddit is a horrible place to have intelligent discussions.
