Fact

A great deal of claims related to photographic memory are vastly exaggerated or false. Mnemonic tools are vital for efficient learning, but they are no substitute for SuperMemo. They are complementary. Techniques such as Photoreading use the same catchy photo-scanner concept. Unlike SuperMemo, they are easy to publicize and comprehend.
