The more you review the better. Many books tell you to review your materials as often as possible (Repetitio mater studiorum est).
Fact
Not only is frequent repetition a waste of your time, it may also prevent you from effectively forming strong memories (due to the spacing effect). The fastest way to building long-lasting memories is to review the material in well spaced moments. For long-lasting memories with minimum effort use spaced repetition
